โครงการศูนย์รวมผู้เชี่ยวชาญนวัตกรรมสังคมด้านดนตรี Hub of Talents in Music as Social Innovation (MAS) ในส่วนของดนตรีสร้างความเปลี่ยนแปลง (Music Makes Changes) คณะวิจัยดำเนินการจัดกิจกรรมอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ Workshop: Music for Society Project Leaders ในวันศุกร์ที่ 13 มิถุนายน 2568 ณ ห้อง C312 อาคารกัลยาณินคีตการ สถาบันดนตรีกัลยาณิวัฒนา โดยมีการเชิญหัวหน้าโครงการย่อยและผู้นำกลุ่มจาก 4 โครงการที่มีแผนดำเนินการจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อพัฒนาชุมชนใน 4 ภูมิภาคของประเทศไทย ซึ่งถือได้ว่าเป็นโครงการต้นแบบดนตรีเพื่อสร้างความเปลี่ยนแปลงในสังคม การจัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการในครั้งนี้ เป็นการทำกิจกรรรมร่วมกันเพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนแนวคิดและรายละเอียดของแต่ละโครงการ ร่วมกันปรึกษาหารือเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินการ วิเคราะห์ข้อจำกัดและความเป็นไปได้เพื่อวางแผนในการพัฒนาโครงการและกิจกรรมต่อไป

Music Makes Changes Workshop

This workshop grew directly out of the preceding conversation, carrying its questions from discussion into practice. It brought together activity leaders working across four regional case studies — Udon Thani, Nakhon Pathom, Chumphon, and Chiang Mai — to exchange ideas and develop music activities designed to create meaningful social change in their own contexts.

The work centred on amplifying community voices and attending to the cultural diversity of each place and its people. Rather than arriving with ready-made programmes, participants developed music as a participatory process: a way of making space for dialogue, building understanding across differences, and giving social change a more concrete form. Thinking together, playing together, singing together — the aim was to find, in shared sound, a practice that could move something in the world.
